You can truly taste the difference--and it's big--between ground beef in the store and this ground beef. It is so lean and tasty. This has to be healthier for you. I first bought this from my meat market and saw the noticeable difference from what I was using. When I found out that it was brought in from Beck Ranch, I knew why. Now I usually just buy direct from these excellent ranchers. I believe this is their most popular product and I can see why.
