Refund policy

Refunds will only be made on missing goods. 

Because our product is perishable, refunds for other reasons will not be made. Please make sure you are home during the week of delivery, as no refunds will be made if you are not home to accept delivery. If there are holidays, or weather that may effect your delivery, please send us a note to deliver a different week. 

If less than 5 pounds of meat was ordered a refund will not be issued. Small amounts are not guaranteed to arrive frozen due to the amount of dry ice that can fit in smaller boxes.
