Excellent Pot Roast
This was my first time ordering and I am absolutely satisfied that I did. Excellent service and I'm happy I can support a local ranch. I've only tried the pot roat and it was so tender and yummy. A perfect size to feed 4 with leftovers. Next try will be the cube steaks!!! Oh yeah!

The kids love stew ...
Meat is well trimmed and appropriately diced for stew. Four pounds is stew for the crew - the usual pan sear in bacon fat, onions, garlic, carrots, red wine, beef broth - let it do it's magic all afternoon in the oven - serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Delighted to have a clean-meat, family ranch to purchase from directly.

Humungous!
This pot roast was huge but had so much less fat than grocery store roasts. The bone came right out after cooking in the crock pot. The meat was so good!

We ordered a box from Beck Ranch Beef to have shipped to our daughter while she’s away at college, and it was such a convenient way to send her some good-quality beef from home!
