I live in Florida and have ordered from Beck Ranch for almost a year. The beef and chicken are the best I can find. Everything arrives packaged well and stays completely frozen. I cannot recommend this ranch enough! Excellent!!

I received my spiral ham which didn't come spiral. I had to respiral it made it for Easter and made the honey ham sauce that goes on top and it was phenomenal. This ham was so good. I ate it everyday for breakfast and my eggs for lunch on a sandwich, ham and scalloped potatoes for dinner. Now I've got the ham bone in my freezer for good yummy split pea soup. This was one of the best hams I've ever had and for the price I paid was well worth it.

I wasn't sure just what this was...except I knew it would be quality meat. The only size available was 9LB, so I went for it. There's just 2 of us, so I purchased a battery operated reciprocating saw with food service blades and boldly cut it in half. Easy! The half (then thawed ) I brined as I do my regular turkeys, and I decided to remove the netting, not knowing just what to expect. It yielded to beautiful breasts. I removed the skin, flattened them a little and then re-rolled each one individually. I did not stuff them, altho I thought about it. I then tied them with twine like you would a beef roast, cut 1" deep slits with a sharp knife and inserted peeled garlic cloves in 2 rows. Next, I coated them generiosly with olive oil and dusted with fresh herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary). I put them on a rack in a roasting pan, and put half wter, half apple cider to cover the bottom. Covered tight with foil, then into the oven at 325F with a thermometer inserted in center and cooked for about an hour. Then I removed the foil and contined cooking until the thermometer reached 150F. Out of the oven, I let them rest about 20 min and they were beyond delicious! Very moist and very tender. I look forward to using the other half!

I LOVE this! I will definitely be ordering again and not just for myself. I have permanent sun damage on my cheeks and since I've been using this with the lavender in it, my cheeks aren't so bright red. I haven't worn any makeup at all. I love the way my face feels.
