Pickup Policy

Ranch Pickup: Orders are available to pick up at the ranch at any time. Just text or call us to arrange a pickup time. 

Valley, Green River, Rock Springs, and Evanston Pickup locations: you will be texted the day and time of pickup. You have 20 minutes to pick up your order. If not picked up order will be returned to the Ranch Store in Lonetree and can be picked up there.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is for Bridger Valley, Manilla, Green River, and Rock Springs. We deliver every Wednesday. If you need it on a different day you are welcome to come pick up in-store.

Shipping Policy

We can ship our beef boxes to all 48 States in the Continental United States. We ship by UPS every Monday. Your package will get to you within 48 hours of leaving the ranch. Holidays, especially Christmas and New Year's Day, and weather will affect shipping days so please be mindful when ordering. Orders are packaged to ship frozen and can sit on our doorstep for a few hours. However, please make sure you are home the week of shipping because no refunds will be given because you are not home to accept delivery, or because shipment was delayed due to weather in your area.
