How Much Is Shipping

Our meat shipping costs are flat rate by time zone. For orders up to 30 lbs - $19.75 MST, $27.95 PST, $37.95 CST, and $47.95 EST. Rates increast with more weight/boxes shipped.

Ranch gear and non parishables ship for $5.75

When Will My Order Ship?

We ship every Monday. That is the day UPS has scheduled pickup in our area. Holidays and weather may affect shipping.

How Should My Meat Arrive?

We ship in insulated liners with dry ice. Your meat should arrive in 2 days of leaving the ranch. We always pack with extra ice just in case there is a delay. Contact from the dry ice may make micro-holes in the packaging. This is normal and the meat is still good to put in your freezer to eat.

So yum, makes the best Italian meatballs and meatloaf!

What a great, convenient way to get more organ meats into the diet! I've been making meatballs and meatloaf with this blend, and they are super delicious. To 1 lb Ancestral, add 2 eggs, 1/2 to 2/3 cup breadcrumbs (I use Panko), salt and pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, fenugreek (optional), and a TBSP of oil (your choice, I use liquid coconut - this is optional too). You could also add some chopped olives. Method: Beat the eggs in a medium bowl, add the breadcrumbs and herbs, stir that all up until evenly blended, then use clean hands, wooden spoon, or a sturdy fork to incorporate the mixture completely and evenly into the meat. Form balls, or shape to fit a loaf pan. Top meatloaf with tomato sauce for additional flavor, moisture, and self-basting benefits. Bake 350F oven for 45 minutes or so. Fry meatballs (no higher than medium heat) in oiled pan until browned on all sides (4 to 6 sides :D) Covering the pan will help them cook all the way through, if you are not continuing to cook them in sauce. Oh the joys of being Italian! :D

I would have never thought to buy this, because it has organ meat in it. It came in a box of mixed meat cuts. You can NOT even taste the organ meat and it is so nutrient dense. Don't think because it has organ meat in it that it will be ick, because it is AMAZING!
