Steak and Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
2-4 Beck Ranch Steaks of your choice
1 stick of butter (yes, a whole stick)
3-5 russet potatoes, sliced thinly
1 onion, chopped
Your seasonings of choice ( We love the Cowboy by Beck Ranch)
Directions: Melt ½ stick of butter into a good sized pan. Add in your potatoes and your onion. Season really well with salt and pepper (potatoes need a lot of salt). Cover and occasionally stir until potatoes are tender. While the potatoes are cooking, melt the remaining butter in a cast iron pan, and season your steaks. Have your pan good and hot, then add in steaks. Give a quick 2-3 minute sear to both sides of your steaks before placing them in the oven at 350 degrees, in the same pan, to finish cooking until your preferred doneness! ENJOY!
