Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

1 Lb Beck Ranch Ancestral Blend

2 tbls Worcestershire sauce

1 egg (beaten)

1 tsp salt

1 tbls melted butter or oil

½ lb Beck Ranch Ground Beef

2 tbls ketchup

½ cup bread crumbs

Pepper to taste

Directions: Mix all ingredients by hand. Divide into six portions and press into patties, about 1 inch thick. Heat pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add steaks and cook on each side for 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy! ENJOY!
