Classic Meatloa

Ingredients: 

1 lb Beck Ranch Ground Beef

1 egg

1 cup of bread crumbs (or binder of your choice)

Minced or dried onion

Seasonings of choice

Directions: Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl and transfer to your preferred baking dish. Top with a ketchup glaze and bake at 375 degrees- covered with tinfoil for 40 minutes and uncovered for another 5-15 minutes for a delicious crust! ENJOY!
