Delicious roast

I have purchased a few of these. Since it's summer, I've been cooking them in a Dutch oven on the stove top. I've used chicken stock, seasonings, and a splash of AC vinegar, or plain water, seasonings, some fat, and AC vinegar. The meat comes out very tender in only two hours on a very slow stove, just enough heat to keep a simmer or very low boil going. Keeps a good 4 days after cooking for those throw-together quick summer meals. Highly recommend!
