This is the most tender steak, lean yet succulent, with a delicate buttery texture. The tenderloin filet is always a melt-in-your-mouth favorite.

🚚When Will My Order Ship

We ship every Monday. That is the day UPS has scheduled pickup in our area. Holidays and weather may affect shipping.
🥩How Should My Meat Arrive

We ship in insulated liners with dry ice. Your meat should arrive in 2 days of leaving the ranch. We always pack with extra ice just in case there is a delay. Contact from the dry ice may make micro-holes in the packaging. This is normal and the meat is still good to put in your freezer to eat.

Tender and Rich

It's been so long since I have had a steak that is truly tender and delicious with no sign of being tough. This cut is so prime, almost soft, and utterly delicious. I would highly recommend buying filet mignons as often as you can! Just wonderful Wyoming beef! Thank you, Becks!

Unexpected Product

I thought I was buying 9oz fillets. Each pack 9oz, but the filet is cut making 2 very small pieces of 4.5oz. I will never buy these again.

Filet Mignon

Too grissly. I would like to have my filets cut from the center. Mine were not trimmed properly. Beef liver was also not up to my expectations. Have not tried the pot roast yet, but expect it to be wonderful because it would be hard to mess this cut up.
