Sourdough Discard Cracker
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup sourdough discard
2 tsp salt
5 tbls melted butter
2 tbls honey, maple syrup, or sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients by hand in a medium bowl until the dough forms a ball. Place cracker dough onto parchment paper and roll out as thin as possible. Place parchment paper/ rolled dough on a baking sheet. Cut crackers with a pizza cutter into desired sizes. Sprinkle with salt and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown! ENJOY!
