Honey Mustard Crusted Pork Chop
Ingredients:
4 Beck Ranch Boneless Pork Chops
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp hot sauce
4 tbls honey
4 tbls dijon mustard
3 tbls Mayo or Miracle Whip
2 tsp vinegar
Directions: Beat eggs and hot sauce in a shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, 2 tbls honey, 2 tbls mustard in another dish. Coat chops in eggs, then bread crumb mixture, before transferring to a heated pan with melted butter- sear each side until golden brown. Place pork chops on a baking sheet, and finish cooking in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. While those are baking, make the honey mustard sauce: mix together remaining honey and mustard, mayo or miracle whip, and vinegar. You will need to pop this in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then whisk quickly to incorporate everything. Spread a thin layer of the sauce over your chops! ENJOY!
