One Pot Asian Beef Bowls
1 pkg BR ground beef
1 cup jasmine rice
3 cups beef broth
1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag frozen peas/carrots/corn/green bean mix
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Then add in beef broth, rice, coconut aminos, seasonings. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer. cook for 10 minutes occasionally stirring. Add in frozen veggies and stir. (If the liquid is gone by this time add in another cup of beef broth). Cook for another 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally until rice is tender. ENJOY
